{Remembering Old Memories}

I got this off of my friends blog. I love the idea... here are the directions.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It will be fun to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing along and I will leave a memory on your blog. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Can't wait to hear the memories! Thanks Nichole for the great idea!!

{What Disney Princess Are You?}

You Are Mulan!
I got this quiz off of my cousin's blog! I was kind of shocked to find out what princess I was. I thought that I would have been Cinderella but I guess I was wrong! After I thought about it though I really don't think that there is another princess that would fit my personality better (besides the fact that I am a "girly girl")!! If you want to know what princess you are take the quiz from the link below! Enjoy!!
Strong and spirited. You're no one's girly girl; actually you are very determined person with a strong sense of self. Never let go of that! The only thing that equals your sense of self is your family, but the traditions of society can always be bent to protect something or someone you love.

{Congratulations to my Amazing & Successful Husband!}

So the latest news in the Jensen home is Nick's new promotion! Congratulations babe! I am so proud of him. He is moving up to a Team Manager. He will be a trainer of his company and other companies they hire on to help out during busy times of the year. He is heading up 1 of 4 projects for his company. His company is taking on a huge project with General Motor retirees. This is huge for his still growing company. In fact it was big enough news that the announcement made it in the "Wall Street Journal". The bad news is... it will be taking him away from home for 2 months. He will be going to Detroit, Michigan. We were hoping for something a little cooler then that but it's still new for both of us. The nice thing is that I won't be completely without him for the whole 2 months, his work will be flying him home every weekend or they will fly me to Detroit to see him!

Congratulations, I am so excited for you!

{Motivation....}

I am finally going to get my bum into gear with my scrapbooking. I started to scrapbook when I was a freshman in college up at Utah State. It was a blast and I loved it because my sister always knew how to motivate me. Well then I moved to Salt Lake and I have to say, I totally lost all motivation. I will do it here and there. Nick's aunt Charmaine is really good and trying to keep me going on it. Needless to say.... I still have not even finished my wedding album!!!

I have a solution... I am moving on to Digital Scrapbooking! I am so excited! I have had all of the programs loaded on my computer for a few months now at least, but I am finally ready to learn. Since my sister has been in town she has been able to sit down with me to help me learn. I am totally hooked. I love it, but my poor computer can't handle it that well. So it is now Nick's mission to get my computer to work! He loves me and all of my crazy projects I put him up to!

As soon as I get everything going I will post a few of the scrapbook pages. Its amazing how easy and fun it is to do. You get the pages done so fast too. They look just as fun and creative as doing it on paper and it is way cheaper! I love it!!

{Our Trip to St. George}

The weekend after our anniversary my work sent us to our newest resort in St George. It was a really nice get away and fair warning there are a ton of pictures!! I love it because Nick always laughs at me when I do such a big post with tons of pictures. I figure though I love it when people do a post with tons of pictures so I would do the same! I hope you all enjoy looking at them!
The resort that we stayed at was really nice they are brand new townhouse's 3 bedroom 2 bath, luxury! However, I realized I never got any pictures of the actual unit itself but this is a pond right behind our unit that the state stocks full of fish at all times. We got to go fishing a few times when we were there. Nick loved it and I actually had fun with it too. I never caught anything but it was fun to try!
This was the coolest petting farm/souvenir shop in a town called Virgin, UT.
What a convenient name!!!

The guy that work in the store was definitly a unique guy and he totally laughed at me when this city girl walks into his store in the country with heels on. Needless to say I thought I would survive in them until we decided to go into the petting zoo. I broke in and decided to put my crocs back on!

This was the craziest thing ever... on the way out of Zions we were stopped in traffic for about 45 minutes. Obviously for a good reason based on the fire. The whole time we were never sure what was actually on fire until we drove by....

A MELTED SEMI!
THIS WAS NICK'S GUESS EVEN BEFORE WE DROVE BY!!
What a smart guy!!
After the drama of that we stopped at this awesome diner.
They raised their own Elk to kill and make yummy food for their customers!
That is some serious dedication!

I wish this was a better picture but it was even very unique on the inside! I love it!
They had a lot of fun quotes on walls we pretty much sat there the whole time pointing out all the the different ones that we saw.
ZION'S NATIONAL PARK
...has horse back riding, how awesome!
Unfortunately we didn't get to ride them so instead we just hung out with then for awhile while we cooled off in the shade!

Last but not least the other thing that we loved to do while in St George was hang out at the pool. Our friends Jeff & Candice came with us, it was fun to have their babies there to entertain all of us. The girls were so good they liked having their little feet in the water and of course sleep in their car seats in the shade!

{Morman Miricle Pageant}

The Manti Temple
Nick & I
Candice & Jeff

A few weeks ago we got to go to the Manti pageant with some of our friends. I have never been before and it was quit the experience. I love the play it was great. Unfortunately we were not able to watch the very end of it, which I hear is the best part of it, because the drive back is almost 2 hours and I hear that it is a mad house trying to get out of there with there only being one way to exit!! But, the most interesting part of it was all of the people there from different churches protesting against the LDS church. I honestly could not stop starring at all of the people, it was great. Besides then bombarding all the the people at this pageant at least they were respectable enough to leave once the pageant started. All in all it was a really good experience!
