{Pregnancy Picture Photoshot}

We have a pregnant trio in my family right now.... My sister-in-law Beth is due anytime now with a little boy (her first baby) and was not able to make it to our family get together in Texas this month {We missed you!}. My sister Krysta is due October 13th with a little girl (her fourth baby) and I am due November 4th with a boy (also my first)! We will be double the amount of grandkids in 3 months!!
Sorry mom... I'm sure we are a lot to handle all at once!!
While Nick and I were in Houston visiting my sister and her family we were lucky enough to have my fabulous sister take our pictures (she is a genius with the camera). I am so happy that we did them. We endured through the early morning heat + humidity and woke up at 5am just to make sure we had the right lighting! It was all worth it because they turned out amazing and I will cherish them forever! Thank you so much Krys for doing these for us!

The Family... Grandparents, Aunt & Uncles

Nick and I were able to go to Houston to visit my sister and her family for a week. We had tons of fun celebrating birthdays (Happy Birthday... Kaylee, Drew, Brandon & Mom!) picking through baby clothes, eating yummy Texas food and very importantly being a part of my niece Kaylee's Baptism.
I have been to several Baptisms but there was something different about this one for me. Besides my own baptism, I have never experenced one with as much meaning as hers. I am sure I will be able to experence this time and time again as I am able to see my children and the rest of my nephews and nieces follow these very foot steps.
Seeing Kaylee be a part of this wonderful experence brought a whole new meaning and understanding to me about the importance of Baptism and each step thereafter that our Heavenly Father has set forth for us. I was so impressed with the spirt that were felt and I realized more then ever the importance of our Eternal Families. How important it is to keep the commandments and live worthy of these beautiful blessings to have the oppurtunity to take on your baptismal covenants and remain worthy to later be sealed to your families.
Thank you so much Kaylee for being such a good girl. You truly are an example to me and I am so proud of you! Your Uncle Nick and I are so glad that we were able to be a part of this wonderful experience with you. You are an amazing girl and don't every forget who you are and always know that we love you!
